When an exchange applies
- Within 7 days of collection, a technical fault from assembly or a component: the shop exchanges it for the same model in the same colour (or another colour if you prefer).
- The scooter has covered no more than 200 km and has all its accessories and papers.
When it does not
- A change of mind after collection and registration.
- Damage from crashes, flooding or repairs outside the shop.
Deposit refunds
The 1,000,000 VND deposit is refunded in full if the shop cannot deliver the chosen colour within 15 days.
