What the shop covers
MinFast covers assembly faults and the accessories it fits (mirrors, luggage racks, anti-theft locks) for 12 months from the day you collect the scooter.
- Three free check-ups in the first year: bolts tightened, brakes checked, software updated where there is an update.
- Battery, motor and controller follow the warranty book that comes with the scooter; the shop takes the scooter in and handles the paperwork.
- Bringing the scooter and the receipt to the shop is all it takes. Customers further away call first to agree a time.
Not covered
- Damage from crashes, deep flooding, or home repairs and modifications.
- Normal wear: tyres, brake pads, bulbs.
Repair times
Small faults are fixed the same day. When a part has to be ordered, the shop gives a time frame on drop-off and lends another scooter if the repair takes more than 3 days.
