Areas and fees
- Within 10 km of the shop: free.
- From 10 to 40 km: 15,000 VND per km of the route.
- Beyond 40 km: the shop quotes separately when it calls.
When it arrives
Scooters are delivered 1–2 days after the papers and plate are ready. The shop calls ahead to agree a time between 8:00 and 20:00.
On delivery
The driver checks the scooter with you and spends about 15 minutes on charging, removing the battery and the nearest swap station. Any scratch or missing accessory goes straight onto the delivery note.
