The question we hear most

Battery swap or charge at home?

The short answer, in three parts. For anyone still unsure, the shop asks about daily distance on 0123 456 789 and suggests a model.

  1. Battery-swap scooters

A flat battery takes a few minutes at a swap station

A fit for delivery riders and anyone covering 60–100 km a day. The scooter comes with batteries, or without them and a monthly battery rental (from 175,000 VND a month). Before you choose, the shop shows you the swap stations near home.

  2. Home-charging scooters

Plugged into an ordinary socket overnight, full by morning

The battery stays in the scooter and charges with the charger that comes with it. A full charge lasts 65–262 km depending on the model. Made for school runs and city commutes: home, plug in, done.

  3. Battery and display

LFP batteries and a display that shows the percentage left

Most models in the shop use LFP (lithium iron phosphate) batteries, which handle heat well and last many charge cycles. The display shows the battery percentage, so you know when it is time to charge or swap.

Three steps, from browsing to riding home

  • Pick a scooter

Every model’s price and colours are on the site. On 0123 456 789 the shop suggests a model from how far you ride each day.

  • Test ride or order

Test rides last 30 minutes and are booked online. Scooters you pick wait in the cart; the shop calls within 2 working hours to settle the colour and the pick-up day.

  • Collect it

The shop handles the papers and the plate, then spends 15 minutes on charging. Collect it at the shop or have it delivered.
